At the annual state convention there were reports, recognitions, presentations, awards, and trophies. The Special Speaker was Katie Moydell, GFWC Director of Junior Clubs. Our club collected and donated travel mugs, tote bags, and period products for the YWCA. We also contributed a raffle basket with the theme "Fun in the Sun"
Our club scholarship in recognition of volunteerism was awarded at the Minnechaug Regional High School Awards Night.
The Book Club met at Crazy Jake's to discuss The Housemaid by Frieda McFadden.
The May meeting was held in the Community Room at the Police Station. After the meeting we worked on making bracelets, earrings, and necklaces. The jewelry will be sold and the proceeds donated to the GFWC Juniors' Special Program: Advocates for Children with a focus on "Mental Health Awareness".
Book Club met at Krazy Jake's to discuss the book The Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman.
The June meeting and summer picnic was hosted by Kathy Fuss. It was a fun and delicious evening on the first official night of summer.
In June through August we stock and staff the Snack Shack at Fountain Park for the Thursday Night Concerts. All proceeds are donated to Fountain Park. Special thanks to our youth volunteers Caroline, VIctoria, Popcorn Jack, Ada, Rihlan, Nina, Stella, Nick, and Jack.
Club members gathered at a Fountain Park concert for a social evening of food, music, and fun.
We met at Cate's house for an evening of socializing and making more

Maria Ardolino created a wonderful display window at the Wilbraham Public Library. It showcased our clubs various activities and projects.
Club members staffed a popcorn and candy booth at the Bushels of Fun Fest sponsored by the Friends of Wilbraham Seniors. It was a beautiful day at Fern Valley Farms and the booth was constantly busy -- over 30 lbs. of popcorn kernels were popped. All funds raised were donated to the Friends of Wilbraham Seniors.
Club members and our youth friends staffed the Snack Shack at the Knights of Columbus Car Cruise at Fountain Park. It was a beautiful day for this inaugural event.
Kathy Fuss hosted a Comfort Pillow social. Trim was sewed onto 50 comfort pillows that will be donated to Baystate Hospital for women who undergo breast surgeries.
The club donated much needed canned proteins to the Community Survival Center as part of the GFWC National Day of Service Project.
The club participated in the Senior Center fundraising by purchasing a bench that will be installed at the new center.
September cub meeting was held in the function room of the Wilbraham Senior Center. A round of Bingo was played to get everyone ready for the Designer Bag Bingo Night coming in October.
